Santa’s Winter Garden is the Christmas project we’ve always dreamed of creating.

For more than three decades, our team has produced large-scale public events and brilliant days out across the UK, from award-winning food festivals to much-loved events including BBC Gardeners’ World Live. We know what it takes to create experiences that run beautifully — from first arrival to the final goodbye.

But Santa’s Winter Garden didn’t start with a brief. It started at home with our children.

Like so many parents, we’ve spent years searching for the Christmas experience that truly delivers: wonder you can actually feel - that dream of a White Christmas that lives rent-free in our minds like the festive movies we watch every year. So we decided to build it - the festive world we wanted for our own family, shared with yours.

We’re also passionate about local history and the magic of place. Setting Santa’s Winter Garden within the walled gardens of a historic palace lets the experience feel richer and more believable with more than a hint of nostalgia, as though Christmas has always lived here, waiting to be discovered.

And because the details matter, we keep it intentionally premium with limited-capacity: fewer families at a time, more space to breathe, and a calmer, more personal experience — so every visit feels special, not rushed.

We don’t see Santa’s Winter Garden as just another festive attraction. It is the Christmas we always wanted for our own family - and the one we are proud to share with yours.
