We want Santa’s Winter Garden to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. We are working closely with the Fulham Palace team and design partners to create an experience that considers mobility, sensory and other access needs from the outset. Fulham Palace already provides step-free access to key areas of the site and has detailed access information, which we are using as a starting point.
-
The trail is being designed with step-free routes wherever the historic garden layout allows. Some areas may have gentle slopes, gravel, grass or temporary surfaces. We’ll include clear information in our Accessibility Guide about gradient, surface type and distance so you can decide what’s right for your party.
-
A large proportion of the Santa’s Winter Garden will be entirely suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility, and we are planning the experience with this in mind. However, as this is a historic site and largely outdoors, some areas may be more challenging, especially in bad weather. Our Accessibility Guide will give realistic detail, and our on-site team will be on hand to support where possible.
-
There is a very limited number of parking spaces for Blue Badge holders within the Fulham Palace gated car park, which must be reserved in advance. Further information on how to book an accessible space will be provided nearer the event.

Infants (under 12 months) are admitted free of charge but must still be included on the booking for safety and capacity planning but do not have a full Santa visit or gift included in the booking. -
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before your scheduled entry time to allow for walking from public transport or local parking, checking in, using toilets and getting your bearings. Final arrival guidance will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Santa’s Winter Garden is primarily an outdoor experience in historic gardens. Paths will be lit, but at times may be uneven or damp underfoot. Please dress for winter weather: warm layers, waterproof coats, sensible shoes or boots, hats and gloves. If your little ones want to come in Christmas jumpers or fancy dress, that’s absolutely fine too.
We are designing the trail to be as weather-resilient as possible, with some covered areas and indoor elements. However, this is a winter outdoor experience, and the event will go ahead in rain or cold. Please dress accordingly. In the unlikely event of severe weather that makes the site unsafe, we may have to cancel or reschedule specific sessions, and we’ll contact affected ticket-holders directly.
-
